Annual Fees
The annual Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Fee for 20010/2011 is $650 p.a. incl. GST (Note: This fee will be calculated pro-rata from date of 'right to occupy').
The O&M Fee will be a fixed rate of $650 for the financial years' 20010/11, 20011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14.

Marina Business Corporate Governance Structure
The East Gippsland Shire Council has an established Marina Customer Consultative Committee (MCCC) which consists of Representatives of each of its Marinas providing advice direct to Council on the management of its Marina Business with transparency of financial records.
